Streets and buildings we will walk
Coverage follows where Giorgi can take floor notes in a working week from Batumi. If your keys sit outside these streets, write anyway; we will say whether a walk is honest or whether we should refuse.
What we need on the day
Entrance codes or a concierge name. Permission for common parts. A unit list that matches the numbers on the doors. If a tenant objects to photographs of a stair, Giorgi puts the camera away and writes a line instead.
We do not walk occupied living rooms unless the occupant agrees in writing. Roofs, technical floors, and unfinished shells are noted from the doorway.
What we will not cover
Construction sites with no issued units. Agricultural land. Hotels where we cannot distinguish rooms from private apartments. Holdings whose only documents are screenshots without unit numbers.
If that is your situation, ask anyway — a refusal with reasons is still useful before you pay someone else.
