How we keep your rent roll

This notice describes how Bundlevectorpoint handles personal information when you visit bundlevectorpoint.digital, send an enquiry, or commission a sitting. It should be read with the cookie notice.

Data controller

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, optional sitting date, location of holdings, unit count, and the message you write. From an engagement: rent rolls, leases, access contacts, photographs of common parts, and notes from walks and sittings.

We do not ask for passport numbers, bank-card details, or copies of title deeds unless a particular sitting requires a page you already planned to show a bank, and then only with your file — not through the public form.

Server logs may record technical request data (time, path, approximate location derived from an IP address) for the security of the site.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, to prepare boards, to invoice, and to keep a record of what was agreed. Legal bases under Georgian practice include your request to enter a contract, our legitimate need to run the studio, and any duty to keep accounting records.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months and then deleted from active mailboxes, unless you ask us to keep a note for a later sitting. Engagement files (boards, rent rolls, invoices) are kept for six years to match ordinary accounting and complaint periods, then destroyed or anonymised. Printed extras left uncollected at the studio after ninety days may be shredded.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, corrections, deletion where we have no duty to keep it, or a restriction on further use. Write to hello@bundlevectorpoint.digital. We will respond within thirty days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

International transfers

Our studio and files are in Georgia. Email and hosting providers may process copies on servers outside Georgia. Where that happens, we use suppliers who offer written safeguards. Do not send a full rent roll through the public form if you are unwilling for it to travel by email; bring paper to Level 10 instead.

Third parties

We do not sell contact lists. Printers in Batumi see only the pages we send to print. A bank or relative sees boards only if you show them. Fonts for this website are requested from Google Fonts; that request may expose your IP address to Google.

Children

The site and the practice are aimed at adult owners and buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
