Fees, deposits, and unused work
This page applies to commissioned sittings and board work described on this site. It does not apply to goods we do not sell, subscriptions we do not offer, or postage of retail products.
Eligibility
Fees are for professional time: scoping, walks, studio drawing, sittings, and agreed print. A refund, a partial refund, or a credit toward later work depends on how far that time has run, not on whether you later like a bank’s answer.
Booking amount
Forty percent of the figure in the accepted scoping note is a booking amount. It holds walk days and studio time. It is not a consumer product deposit.
Timeframe for asking
Write to hello@bundlevectorpoint.digital within fourteen days of the event you want us to consider (cancellation, a missed sitting, or a complaint about unused work). Later requests are considered only where Georgian law requires it.
Full refund
A full refund of sums received is made if we cancel the engagement for our own reasons (illness that cannot be reassigned, or an inability to walk that we should have seen at scoping) and you do not want a postponed date.
If you cancel in writing before any walk and before studio drawing has started, we refund the booking amount minus a 150 GEL administrative charge for the scoping note already issued.
Partial refund
If walks have started or Nino has begun boards, we invoice time already spent at the rates implied by the scoping note and refund the remainder of sums received. Printed pages already paid to a print shop are not refunded.
Quarterly reviews cancelled after you have sent a rent roll, and we have begun the update, are charged for that update; unused later quarters in the same year are refunded if prepaid.
Non-refundable items
- Scoping notes you asked us to issue and then ignored for more than thirty days
- Print-shop charges for extra board sets you approved
- Travel already bought for a Gonio, Kobuleti, or Tbilisi walk that you cancel after tickets or a car day were committed
- Meeting boards delivered as PDF according to the scoping note, even if the bank meeting is postponed
Process
Email the engagement date, the scoping-note reference, and what you are asking for. Tamar replies within five working days with the calculation. Approved refunds are paid to the same bank account that paid us, unless you name another Georgian account in writing.
Processing time
Transfers are sent within fourteen working days after we agree the amount. Bank processing after that is outside the studio.
Method
Refunds are by bank transfer in GEL. We do not return cash at reception for sums above 200 GEL.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule a studio sitting once, with at least three working days’ notice, at no charge. Later changes, or a second change, may be charged 80 GEL. Walks in Gonio or Kobuleti rescheduled with less than five working days’ notice may incur the travel line again.
No-shows
If no one attends a confirmed sitting and we are not told by 10:00 that morning, the sitting is charged as used. We will still send the PDF of whatever boards were ready.
Work already started
Draft boards remain our copyright until the balance is paid. If you stop an engagement mid-way, you do not receive unfinished source files. You may collect a watermarked draft PDF if the partial invoice is paid.
Materials
We do not buy construction materials or furniture. Paper and binding for your extra sets are materials in the narrow sense of print; they follow the print-shop receipt.
