A short pack before a deposit: vacancy by floor, pavement and access notes, and nearby asking prices with the dates they first appeared.
Buyers use this when a twelve-unit stair or a pair of commercial floors is under offer and the seller’s story is smoother than the street. We walk the building you name, note vacancy that can be seen from common parts, and collect asking prices still posted nearby, with the week they appeared.
The pack is stapled and sent as PDF. It is not an offer to purchase and not a negotiation on your behalf. We will not speak to the seller unless you are in the room.
Bring the draft contract if you have one, the unit list, and access for the stair. If the concierge refuses entry, the brief will say so rather than inventing floor notes.
From 1,100 GEL for a single Batumi building of up to fifteen units. Extra stairs or a Gonio site visit are quoted after scoping. Ask for dates.
