Quarterly holding review
A quieter sheet for owners who already sat through a full review: what filled, what stayed empty, and which leases actually turned.
This sitting exists only after a full portfolio review. We keep the board structure from that first set so you can see April against January without learning a new layout.
You send the quarter’s rent roll and a note on any unit that changed use (a shop becoming storage, a relative moving in). We update occupancy colour fields and the lease-turn list. A new walk is added only if you tell us a building was refurbished or a new entrance opened.
From 900 GEL per quarter for the same unit list as the original review. Adding buildings returns you to a quoted full review for those keys. Send the latest rent roll.
