Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you commission work from Bundlevectorpoint after a scoping note is accepted. Using this website to read about the practice does not by itself create an engagement.
Acceptance
An engagement starts when you confirm the scoping note in writing (email is enough) and pay the booking amount stated in that note. Until both have happened, we may refuse or postpone a walk.
You confirm that you have the right to share rent rolls, leases, and access details, and that photographs of common parts are allowed under the building’s rules so far as you know. If a concierge or tenant refuses access, we record that on the board rather than forcing entry.
The work
We prepare visual reports, briefs, quarterly sheets, or meeting boards as described on this site. We do not broker sales or lettings, manage property, give legal opinions on title, or produce a statutory valuation for court or compulsory processes in Georgia.
Boards reflect documents you supply and notes from walks we were able to complete. Unverified occupancy is labelled as such.
Intellectual property
Drafts and final boards remain our copyright. When the balance is paid, you receive a licence to use the PDF and printed sheets for your own family, banking, or partnership discussions. You may not resell the boards, publish them as a listing pack, or present them as a licensed appraisal.
We may keep anonymised excerpts (no addresses, no names) for explaining the method in the studio. We will not publish identifiable photographs of your stair without written permission.
Liability
Our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions to buy, sell, refinance, or refuse a building, nor for a bank’s or notary’s refusal to rely on our sheets. We are not liable for delays caused by refused access, missing leases, or events outside the studio’s control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law.
Website
Content on bundlevectorpoint.digital is general information about the practice. It is not a personal recommendation. Forms on the site send an enquiry; they do not book a walk until a scoping note is accepted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, with Batumi as the preferred venue where the law allows a choice.
